Honest & Transparent Fees


Our policy at A Piece Of London is to be as transparent as we can so investors understand how it all works. We believe our fees to be honest and fair and inline with investors interests.

UP TO 5% FUNDRAISING FEE - SETTING IT ALL UP FOR YOU

We charge a one-off arrangement fee to cover our costs of managing the crowd funding process. This includes sourcing the properties and performing our due diligence & research. We then undertake marketing to find investors, setting up the corporate structures, compliance and regulatory costs among other costs and overheads specific to each project.

This fee is specific to each property project and is expected to be around 5%. Details can be seen in the “Summary” and “Investment Offer” sections of each project.

UP TO 25% PROFIT SHARE - WE MAKE MONEY ONLY WHEN YOU DO

For each project, we enter into a profit share agreement with you whereby we only make money when you make money which incentivises us to seek strong returns for our investors. On the other side if there is a property with no rental income, we will not charge an annual fee, as we do not think it is fair to expect you to pay fees when there is no income. We think this is the fairest way.

The profit share amount can be seen in the “Summary” and “Investment Offer” sections of each project.

Your capital is at risk. Returns may be variable and the value of your investment may go down as well as up.
There is no public compensation scheme covering poor investment performance.
